Zoho partners are independent firms that help businesses choose, set up and get more from Zoho apps. digital jumpstart is a Zoho Authorized Partner.
When you tag us as your partner, Zoho knows we're working with you, so it can loop us in when you need support. You stay in charge of your Zoho account and subscriptions.

open your subscription
Sign in to Zoho as an admin, open any Zoho app you pay for, click your profile icon, then click Upgrade/Manage Subscription.

choose tag your partner
Under Your Store Details, click Tag your Partner. Pick the services to tag, or use Select All, then click Map Partner.

enter our code
Type JUMPSTART or JUMPSTARTUSA, click Submit, then Proceed. Zoho shows a message when the partner mapping is complete.

You pay Zoho for your subscriptions as normal. If you pay with your own card, Zoho charges its standard price and pays the partner's commission itself. We don't charge you a fee for being tagged.
Yes. In Tag your Partner, choose the service, click Change Partner, give a reason, enter the new partner's code, then click Submit and Proceed. Zoho's team processes the request.
Only an admin user in your Zoho account can tag a partner.
Yes. You can tag one partner for one Zoho service and a different partner for another.
